Greets, Doomsdayers. Techie here. Recently the team developing the game demo, Hero of the Day has great progress. The project is in its last stage, and we are preparing to take the demo into a full game. Please go to this page for sign-up requirements. Some quick info about the game and project are: - Sign up ends April 15th
- You don't have to be very skilled to sign up. If you have artistic talent, or are willing to learn some coding, we'll at least consider you
- Hero of the Day is an action-adventure game. It will be hopefully take a day or two to beat (not Legend of Zelda size), but the script is still a work-in-progress
The sign-up page is currently on the BlenderArtists forums, but we will be putting a page up on our own (Freewebs) site. Questions welcome! |

I'd suggest something better than freewebs. If you set up a better site, I'll write the HTML for it.
And I'll sign up for web design.

Oh, really? That's great! But... that may be a lot of trouble... um... Would it be worth it? Personally, I like the forum we have, the blog is fine (the forum's a little under-featured, but, meh). Thanks, though. I'll keep the offer in mind. @Vrage, yay! One question, what software do you use? Blender will be all of our 3d art pipeline. I hope that's alright, because I would make an exeption for someone with 3 years of experience. EDIT: Please e-mail me, just so I have your e-mail, 'kay? Thanks. It is no problem. Look for free hosts, once you find one, I'll set you up a .co.nr Domain and a site.

Here's what I'll do, I'll manage your site, get you a host, and a domain name. Just send me a text document of a description of what you want your site to look like.

Wow, sorry, haven't been on at all.
Unfortunately, HOTD has not been working out due to lack of member activity (my fault of course). However, we've gained a core team out of the recruits and are now working on a smaller game entitled Crazy Air Raid. (A shoot-'em-up game)
AgentArrow, thank you for your offer. I truly appreciate it and may call upon your assistance in the future, but for now the small team strategy is working by email. I'm game for being convinced of the necessity of a website, though.
